我狮城，我街道，我美食 《我狮城，我街道》（共两辑）是一系列的文集，以新加坡的街道与地方为线索，书写这座城市的故事、记忆与日常生活。许多街道不仅承载着历史的足迹，也孕育了代代相传的滋味——从熟食中心、老字号店铺到街角小摊，而美食无疑构成了我们城市记忆中不可或缺的一部分。 在这场特别活动中，新文潮出版社将携手“九霄私厨”（Cloud Nine Private Dining），带领参与者品尝融合古早与现代的“当代风味”。一边聆听街道与城市的故事，一边细味食物的层次与记忆，透过味蕾重新回望新加坡的街道与地方叙事。借由这些食物，我们不仅回望新加坡的过去，也一同思考在现代城市之中，街道、饮食与记忆如何层层交织、彼此映照。 Streets and Places of Singapore: Stories and Flavours of the City Streets and Places of Singapore (two volumes) is a collection of essays that explores Singapore through its streets and neighbourhoods, capturing the city’s stories, memories, and everyday life. Many of these streets not only carry traces of history but also nurture flavours passed down through generations—from hawker centres and heritage eateries to humble street-corner stalls. Food, in this sense, forms an essential part of the city’s collective memory. At this special event, TrendLit Publishing will partner with Cloud Nine Private Dining to present a tasting experience that brings together tradition and innovation in contemporary flavours. As participants listen to stories of Singapore’s streets and neighbourhoods, they will also savour dishes inspired by these places, allowing taste and storytelling to intertwine. Through food, we revisit Singapore’s past while reflecting on how streets, food culture, and memory continue to overlap and evolve within a modern city.
